What kind of problems do you work on?

Mostly visibility and decision-making problems: processes spread across disconnected tools, data nobody can act on, and unclear places where automation or AI would genuinely help. Technology comes after the problem is understood.

Do you only work with property businesses?

No. The practice covers digital transformation, data intelligence and AI strategy across industries. PropTech is a dedicated specialization within it.

Do you advise only, or also deliver?

Both. I advise on strategy and roadmaps, and delivery is available through my technology ventures, Digital Vista Technologies and i2d Technologies, including CRM, workflow automation, cloud infrastructure and business intelligence.

Which markets do you work in?

Primarily the UAE and Pakistan, with engagements that can be run remotely. Sessions are available in English and Arabic.
